The New Renaissance: Weaving the Humanities, STEM, and AI into the Future of Learning
Thursday November 5, 2026 8:45am - 9:55am EST
Dr. Ruben Puentedura invites us to look beyond the “how-to” of technology and instead ask: What if we put the humanities at the core of future learning, in full partnership with STEM?

As we navigate the rise of artificial intelligence, we are faced with a pivotal choice in how we design our schools. What if we constructed rich uses for AI that support new pathways for exploration, creation, and reflection? Most importantly, what if we did this for everybody—from our youngest learners to our oldest learners?

We need to get a deep understanding about AI; we have a responsibility to engage with the community as an evolving entity of what AI is and how to move forward.
~ Dr. Ruben Puentedura
Join us for a keynote built on reflection, designed to challenge our assumptions about the tools we use and the futures we are building together.
